What’s included
1. Single document review
You send one document (1–3 pages; CVs may be longer — please send the original length) and receive in-document, line-by-line comments plus a concise Loom video walkthrough. This is strategic feedback, not just copy edits: how your document positions you for the job, how clearly your profile comes across, and whether you're speaking to what the committee actually cares about. Choose your CV, cover letter, research statement, teaching statement, or diversity statement — feedback on another document type of comparable length is possible on request.
2. Two-document review & coaching
Detailed in-document comments on two job market documents (approx. 2 pages each; your CV can be longer), focused on positioning yourself strongly for this specific role, clarity and structure, and alignment with the job ad and selection criteria. You also receive a 15–20 minute Loom video walkthrough of the key issues, concrete suggestions and edits, and how to strengthen your overall narrative and fit for the role. Cover letter, research statement or another document, plus your job ad and CV for context.
What you send
The document(s) you'd like reviewed (preferably Word), the job ad you're applying to, and any other relevant context. If the reviewed document is not your CV, please always include your CV as well, so the feedback is context-aware.
Timing
Please reach out at least 7 days before your application deadline, so there is enough time to review your materials and for you to implement the feedback. After your purchase, you email your documents and I'll confirm receipt, propose a review timeline that fits your deadline, and send you your in-document comments and Loom video walkthrough.
